About ARTSPACE London

ARTSPACE London is a contemporary, two storey, 1,600 square foot gallery that celebrated its official opening on May 9, 2012, with an exclusive cocktail reception and exhibition displaying the works of the acclaimed Egyptian-born artist Mohamed Abla. 

Originally founded in 2003, ARTSPACE Dubai is a pioneering art gallery in the Middle East featuring a powerful array of Contemporary and Modern Middle Eastern Art.

ARTSPACE London will continue to pioneer the art of Contemporary Middle Eastern Masters, as well as focusing on contemporary Iranian & Turkish art. This expansion into London will provide Middle Eastern art enthusiasts living outside of the region with easier access while also giving Middle Eastern artists an outlet to further their work and present their message to the western art scene. In turn ARTSPACE Dubai has a large portion of its esteemed client base residing in the UK and throughout Europe.  Therefore, the London gallery will also be an added benefit for many of ARTSPACE Dubai’s existing patrons.

“Opening a second gallery space at 7 Milner Street, London,” explains ARTSPACE Founder and Director Maliha Al Tabari, “ allows us to take part in and encourage the expansion of Middle Eastern Art around the world, a movement we saw begin to gain momentum in Dubai 10 years ago.” Laili Khalatbari, Managing Partner of ARTSPACE London adds, “We believe the London gallery will open a lot of doors for Middle Eastern artists to expose their work while providing western collectors easier access to invest in a very exciting asset class.”
